You may withdraw your consent at any time by transmitting a written communication (i.e., mail, email, fax, text message) via Negate.io or information provided therein as of the date of transmission.

You have a right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. You can object to your personal data being used in this way or require a manual review of an automated decision by contacting our privacy officer.
The decision(s) we make using automated decision-making via the script provided by Negate.io relate to whether visits to a customer's website are human or non-human (bots). In doing so, the decision(s) made are based on variables relating to the time, speed, and information communicated by a unique website visitor to a client's website where a unique code provided by Negate.io for subscribed users is installed. Clients of Negate will benefit from the code and the information collected to eliminate or reduce unwanted bot visits to their website.
